Greetings to all welcome newcomers,
My name is Paul Mitchell aka Libertus and I am the host of this discussion forum. I am also the author of several WordPress plugins. I am also a scuba diver and divemaster.
I give you my word. Anything I say, at any time, may be complete and utter bollocks. It is, as far as I know, completely random and there is nothing I can do about it.
Sometimes I notice it, sometimes I don’t.
Sometimes other people notice it and point it out, sometimes they don’t. If no-one points out why I am talking complete and utter bollocks, I may never notice.
That said, it doesn’t happen very often. Not enough to bother me, anyway. Your mileage may vary. No body is perfect.
Comment moderation is active as a means to evade spam. This may lead to a delay in your comments becoming visible. The delay is related to my attention span. Do not assume malice where sleep is the cause.
I hold Parliament and Hansard – the Parliamentary Record – in the highest regard and aspire to the principles of those organs. I may edit comments for posterity, as Hansard does.
One last word of caution. Big Brother is watching, as always. Express your opinion here as freely as you would express your love in public.

Does Paul Mitchell talk bollocks?
Having known Paul for nearly 23 years I can confirm that he does indeed talk quite a lot of bollocks. However, he is also one of the most intelligent, articulate and interesting people to inhabit the planet and while you may not agree with everything he says, he is always worth listening to and even if it is one of those occasions when he is talking bollocks, there is usually a grain of truth somewhere in there and usually an interesting point to be made and those astute enough to pay attention to his various ravings will come out the other end with more information that they went in with.
